Changing the industry standard for Relay Control Panels, the GreenMAX system provides maximum protection with the industry leading Short Circuit Current Rating (SCCR) of 25,000A at 277VAC. Featuring a modular design for total installation flexibility and labor savings, empty Cabinet enclosures, Command Modules and Relay Insert Panels are shipped separately to minimize handling and subsequent damage during installation. Relay options include integrated dimming, daylight harvesting and smart metering capabilities for integrated lighting control. Programming and monitoring the GreenMAX system is quickly and simply done via the portable Handheld Display Unit (HDU) allowing onsite or remote access. Designed for the contractor, specifier and end user, the GreenMAX system offers the smart choice for performance, reliability, flexibility and energy savings of any relay control available.
Title 24 and ASHRAE 90.1 Powerhouse

When it comes to Title 24 2013 code and ASHRAE 90.1 2010 standard compliance, GreenMAX is capable of handling the most stringent energy system guidelines. Flexible and easy to program, GreenMAX meets or exceeds codes and standards for Title 24/ASHRAE 90.1 for essential functions including:

FEATURES : GreenMAX System
  • Highest Short Circuit Current Rating (SCCR) of 25,000A at 277VAC for maximum equipment performance and safety
  • Robust latching Relay Modules are rated 30A general fluorescent ballast and 20A incandescent in 1-pole and 2-pole configurations with the same footprint, available with or without the Return to Closed (RTC) functionality. The Return to Closed function satisfies the requirement of UL 924 for Emergency Lighting circuits
  • Dimming control with Dimming and Switching Relay Modules
  • Smart metering integration with the Metering Relay Modules
  • Daylight harvesting capabilities
  • Programming and monitoring of the system is done with a portable Handheld Display Unit (HDU) in the space being controlled rather than from the electrical room
  • Modular system was designed to ship the empty cabinet enclosure, complete with doors and covers, to the job site to make installation of the cabinet and conduits easier
  • Supports native network protocols of BACnet/IP, Ethernet, and LumaCAN to simplify configuration and ensure start simplicity
  • Accommodates low voltage inputs such as occupancy sensors, photocells, contact closures, and switches - connect using the onboard Low Voltage Input Card or remotely in the Remote Input Cabinet
  • Wiring area covers conceal the circuit wiring and provide maximum arc flash protection when installed
  • Custom engraving available on digital switches and wall plates

Specifically designed for use with GreenMAX Relay Control Panels, GreenMAX Digital Switches utilize the LumaCAN protocol for unparalleled programming flexibility. Switches can be customized with color change kits. Switch button wallplates can be engraved. Leviton GreenMAX digital switches are Title 24 and ASHRAE 90.1 compliant.
